200 HRS Yoga Teacher TrainingHere students will learn how to do asanas properly with the correct allignment, practise of different types of pranayamas will also be an imporant part of this session for Strengthening of the pranic energy. Pranayamas includes Kapalbhati Pranayama, Nadi Shodhana Pranayama, Ujjayi Pranayama, Bhastrika Pranayama, surya Bhedi Pranayama, Chandra Bhedi Pranayama and Bhramari Pranayama. Apllication of different energy locks with the pranayama practise will also be introduced. Energy locks (bandhas) includes Moolabandha, Uddiyana Bandha and Jaalandhar Bandha, Mantras chanting and Shatkarmas, the internal cleanesing practises are also a part of this session for internal purification and practise of different yogic mudras for boosting up the energy.
